8th February 1943 Sinks the Italian sailing vessels Luigi Verni, Carlo P.and Angela with the deck gun off Al Hammamat, Tunisia.
11th February
Lt. A.R. Daniell, DSC, RN takes command in this patrol & all following dates below.
Sinks German coaster Jaedjoer with deck gun off the coast of Tunisia.
23rd March Torpedoes & sinks Italian tanker Zeila off Cape Spartivento
21st April

Fires 2 torpedoes & sinks Italian merchantman Marco Foscarini 40 nautical miles west of Favignana, Italy.

Transferred to the Soviet Navy 26th June 1944 & renamed V3. Returned to the UK in 1949 & scrapped in 1950.
