unknown date Attacked a small convoy with 3 supply ships. Hit the Fenice with torpedoes. Distress signals were picked up in Malta from this ship which presumably later sank.
July 1941 Landed a shore party in Sicily to mine railway tracks after Unique's success & destroyed a train.
20th August 1941 Was sent to the area north of Tripoli where P32 & P33 were supposed to be. No contact had been made with these 2 boats.
Carried out an attack on 4 Liners in heavy seas. Sank the Liner Esperia (11,300 tons) with 3 torpedoes & escaped serious depth charging due to the amount of troops from the ship in the water.
23rd October 1942 Sunk in unknown circumstances west of Gibraltar en route from the UK.
