Siege Bell Memorial
The Siege Bell Memorial is situated on the southern
side of Valletta on the Grand Harbour. The bell goes off at 12 noon &
it's loud.
I was on it when it went off. It does about 40 rings but I didn't stand around
to count them.
Some liners stage their arrival to coincide with these bells much to the delight
of liner buffs who congregate on the tower as the best photo point on entering
harbour.
